1. Introduction
Welcome to StoryGenius.me, operated by Pictogen AI Private
Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be
bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Account Creation
Users may create an account to access certain features.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
3. Content Upload
You may upload content to our platform. We are not
responsible for the user-generated content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates
our policies or applicable laws.
4. Purchases and Subscription Plans
- Users can purchase digital or
physical goods and subscribe to plans.
- Prices and terms of subscriptions are subject to
change.
- All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Purchases of digital content are
generally non-refundable.
- Subscription cancellations can be made anytime but are effective at
the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds for physical goods are subject to our return
policy, detailed below:
Pictogen AI Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far
as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this
policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of
placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been
communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping
them.
Pictogen AI Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items
like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that
the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective
items please report the same to our Customer Service team at contact@pictogen.com. The request will,
however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This
should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team
after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints
regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to
them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Pictogen AI Private Limited, it’ll take 9-15
days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
6. User Feedback
Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve our
services. By submitting feedback, you agree that we may use it without obligation to credit or
compensate you.
7. Intellectual Property
Our logo, visual designs, trademarks, and other
digital media are our exclusive property and should not be used without our express
permission.
8. Promotions and Contests
We may hold promotions, contests, and
sweepstakes, subject to additional terms and conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
